پوست ما هر روز با کلی آلودگی، چربی، گرد و غبار، مواد آرایشی و حتی ذرات معلق توی هوا روبه‌رو می‌شه. اگه اینا به موقع پاک نشن، باعث می‌شن منافذ پوست بسته بشه و در نتیجه جوش، کدر شدن رنگ پوست، یا حتی پیری زودرس اتفاق بیفته. خیلی‌ها فکر می‌کنن پاکسازی پوست یعنی فقط شستن صورت، ولی در واقع یه پروسه‌ی کامل‌تر و دقیق‌تره که باید با توجه به نوع پوست و سبک زندگی انجام بشه. مهم‌ترین نکته توی پاکسازی اینه که نباید پوستو با خشونت یا مواد قوی شکنجه بدیم؛ چون پوست یه سد محافظ داره که اگه آسیب ببینه، خودش باعث تحریک و حساسیت می‌شه.

اولین قدم توی پاکسازی درست، استفاده از پاک‌کننده‌ی آرایش یا آلودگیه، به‌خصوص اگه اهل میکاپی یا حتی ضدآفتاب می‌زنی. میسلار واتر، بالم‌ها یا روغن‌های پاک‌کننده می‌تونن انتخاب‌های خوبی باشن. روغن پاک‌کننده برخلاف تصور چربش، برای اکثر پوست‌ها خوبه چون چربیِ حل‌شونده‌ی آرایش و سبوم اضافی رو بدون آسیب به پوست جدا می‌کنه. بعد از این مرحله نوبت فیس‌واشه، یه شوینده‌ی ملایم که با پوستت سازگار باشه. پوست خشک و حساس به شوینده‌های کرمی یا فومی ملایم نیاز داره، ولی پوست چرب یا مستعد جوش با ژل‌های سبک بهتر کنار میاد.

بعد از شستن صورت، خشک کردنش هم مهمه. باید با حوله نرم یا دستمال کاغذی تمیز فقط آروم پوست رو خشک کرد، نه این‌که محکم مالید. چون توی همین مرحله هم اگه بی‌احتیاط باشی، پوستو تحریک می‌کنی. مرحله بعد می‌تونه تونر باشه؛ تونر کمک می‌کنه PH پوست متعادل بشه و باقی‌مونده‌ی آلودگی‌ها یا شوینده‌ها هم پاک بشه. البته بعضیا تونر رو حذف می‌کنن که مشکلی نداره، ولی اگه از نوع ملایم و بدون الکلش استفاده بشه، برای پوست مفیده.

  • پوستت نفس می‌خواد؟ اینجوری پاکش کن
  1. 1 پاکسازی درست یعنی پوست سالم، نه خشک و خسته
  2. 2 یه روتین ساده برای تمیز و شاداب نگه‌داشتن پوست
  3. 3 اگه هنوز با صابون صورتتو می‌شوری، اینو بخون!
  4. 4 چرا پاکسازی نادرست پوستتو خراب می‌کنه؟

لایه‌برداری هم بخش مهمی از پاکسازی پوسته، ولی نه هر روز. بسته به نوع پوستت، هفته‌ای یک تا دوبار کافیه. لایه‌بردار می‌تونه فیزیکی باشه مثل اسکراب، یا شیمیایی مثل AHA و BHA. لایه‌بردارهای شیمیایی اگه درست انتخاب بشن، عمیق‌تر و یکنواخت‌تر عمل می‌کنن و پوستو روشن‌تر، تمیزتر و نرم‌تر می‌کنن. ولی اگه پوست حساسی داری، باید خیلی بااحتیاط ازشون استفاده کنی.

بعد از تمیز شدن کامل پوست، باید حتماً رطوبت رو بهش برگردونی. استفاده از سرم‌های سبک مثل هیالورونیک اسید، آبرسان‌ها، یا مرطوب‌کننده‌هایی که بافت سبکی دارن، کمک می‌کنه پوست بعد از پاکسازی دچار خشکی یا التهاب نشه. چون بعضی وقتا آدم همه کار رو درست انجام می‌ده ولی آبرسانی نمی‌کنه و همون باعث می‌شه پوست آسیب ببینه. آخر شب‌ها هم می‌شه از یه روغن سبک یا ماسک خواب استفاده کرد تا پوست کاملاً تغذیه بشه.
